Joseph Sutton

Joseph advises companies and senior professionals on employment law. He has particular expertise in the insurance market, advising clients on team moves and restraint of trade, business re-organisations, senior hires and exits, TUPE and other issues in the insurance corporate, transactional and regulatory fields, both domestic and international.

He also advises in the banking, financial, shipping and recruitment sectors, for clients based both in the UK and internationally.

Joseph was originally called to the Bar in 2000 before being admitted as a Solicitor in 2003. He worked in both private practice, including at Holman Fenwick Willan, and in-house at Dresdner Kleinwort Investment Bank before founding his own employment law practice, Joseph Sutton Solicitors, in 2010. In 2016 he also became a Consultant at Carter Perry Bailey.

Joseph speaks Portuguese (Brazilian) and Greek.
