Sara Geramipoor - Consultant
Sara was admitted to the Bar in July 2006 and qualified as a solicitor in October 2009. During that time she has worked at Eversheds Solicitors and at the London offices of US law firm Winston & Strawn. Her work has covered both the contentious and non-contentious fields. She has assisted in commercial litigation and arbitration, including international arbitration, and in transactional matters including sales and purchases, due diligence and employment work. Sara is currently Group Legal Counsel at Hampden plc as well as assisting Carter Perry Bailey primarily in non-contentious matters in her capacity as a consultant. Sara has also been involved in a number of pro bono activities, including supervising at a Legal Advice Clinic. She is a member of the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn and the Employment Law Bar Association.
