Marcus Giraudel - Paralegal and Court Clerk
Marcus Giraudel has 19 years experience as a paralegal and Court Clerk. Prior to that he has experience as Clerk to a High Court Judge. He joined Carter Perry Bailey from a major city law firm where he has spent the last 14 years. His Court experience ranges from County Court work through High Court and Commercial Court to the House of Lords and Privy Council. Marcus is also experienced in service of process within this jurisdiction, including on behalf of overseas law firms in relation to proceedings in other jurisdictions. Through Marcus we are therefore able to act as London agents for UK and overseas firms in London court proceedings and procedures in support of overseas proceedings. Such matters include the issuing of proceedings and applications, service of UK and overseas process and securing and serving orders for evidence on commission, or depositions, and subpoenas in support of overseas litigation and arbitration. The extensive relationships Marcus has built up over many years of working with the court system enables Carter Perry Bailey to provide an expeditious and efficient service. In addition, Marcus provides general paralegal support in matters handled by Carter Perry Bailey.
