Carter Perry Bailey is the UK member of the Benefit Insurance Lawyers Group (BILG), an international grouping of independent law firms specialised in insurance and reinsurance law. In addition Stephen Carter and Bill Perry hold senior positions in the FDCC (the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel) and IADC (the International Association of Defense Counsel) respectively. Bill is a Director and International Committee member of IADC and Stephen an International Committee member and Vice Chair of the International Law and Practice section of FDCC. All are international associations of lawyers chosen by invitation only, each member being closely investigated to ensure professional distinction and high moral standing.
