Carter Perry Bailey offers contentious and non-contentious Life, Accident and Health insurance and reinsurance services. Non-contentious work has included drafting a worldwide healthcare master policy (including medical liability, clinical trials, employer's liability and public liability) as well as a range of insurances of pharmacists and a life reinsurance wording. Stephen Carter has also recently advised a leading medical charity on its clinical trials insurance arrangements. The team provides direct and reinsurance claims and coverage representation to London and overseas insurers and reinsurers. Bernadette Bailey has particular expertise in pharmacy insurance issues having worked on secondment as in-house lawyer to a leading insurer of pharmacies and pharmacists.
